Services

The machine is the easy part. Keeping it running is the work.

Installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, reconditioning and spare parts — delivered by the same engineers who build and import the equipment.

Service overview

Support that starts before the purchase order

Most welding problems are not welding problems. They are electrode wear, a drifting timer, a cable losing section, or a machine specified for the wrong duty cycle in the first place. Because we manufacture, import and service the same equipment, we can look at the whole chain instead of replacing the nearest component.

Our engineers work on our own machines and on equipment from other manufacturers already installed on your floor — including reconditioning of used machinery where a rebuild makes more commercial sense than a replacement.

  • Site survey and welding parameter development before you commit
  • Commissioning, operator handover and maintenance training
  • Scheduled servicing under annual maintenance agreements
  • 24/7 technical response for contractual customers

What we cover

Four service lines, one team

Installation & commissioning

Positioning, power and water connection, transformer tap setting, electrode alignment and first-article weld trials. We do not sign off until the joint passes your inspection, not ours.

  • Mechanical and electrical installation
  • Weld schedule development and parameter logging
  • Operator and maintenance staff handover

Preventive maintenance

Planned visits on a schedule that fits your shutdown windows. Cooling circuits, secondary connections, pneumatics, timer accuracy and electrode condition are checked and recorded so wear is caught before it costs you a shift.

  • Annual maintenance agreements with defined response times
  • Weld current, cycle and conduction angle verification
  • Water flow, pressure and cooling circuit inspection

Repairs & reconditioning

Breakdown attendance on site, and full rebuilds in our Karachi workshop. Transformers, guns, consoles and control panels can be rewound, remanufactured or replaced with locally produced equivalents.

  • On-site breakdown response and fault diagnosis
  • Workshop overhaul of machines from any manufacturer
  • Control panel rebuilds and timer replacement

Spares & technical support

Consumables and wear parts held locally, so a worn tip does not become a three-week import. Where a part is not in stock, our Germany and Japan offices source it directly from the manufacturer.

  • Cu, Cr and Zr tips, caps, shanks and holders
  • Kickless and secondary cables, water manifolds, flow indicators
  • Telephone and WhatsApp diagnosis before an engineer travels

Rebuild before you replace

A twenty-year-old machine is often worth keeping

Resistance welding machines are heavy, simple and long-lived. What ages is the control system, the transformer insulation and the secondary circuit — all of which we can replace without touching the frame that is still perfectly serviceable.

We assess the machine, quote the rebuild against the cost of a new unit, and let you decide with real numbers. When a replacement genuinely is the better answer, we will tell you that too.

We supply both new and used machinery, and we recondition either. The right recommendation is the one that keeps your line running at the lowest total cost.

How an engagement runs

From first call to signed-off weld

01

Survey & sample

We visit the site or review your component drawing, material and thickness, then run trial welds to establish what the joint actually needs.

02

Specify & quote

KVA rating, throat depth, control system, cooling and fixture are fixed in writing, with a clear price and delivery against each item.

03

Build or source

Manufacture proceeds in Karachi, or the unit is sourced and inspected through our Germany or Japan office before shipment.

04

Commission & support

Installation, weld trials, operator handover — then scheduled maintenance and a spares list you can order against by part number.

What a service agreement gives you

Predictable maintenance instead of expensive surprises

An annual agreement converts unplanned breakdowns into scheduled work. You get priority attendance, a documented service history for each machine, and a consumables forecast you can budget against.

  • Defined response commitment for contractual customers
  • Machine-by-machine service records and parameter logs
  • Priority allocation of stocked spare parts
  • Operator refresher training included in scheduled visits

Something on your line not welding properly?

Describe the fault and the machine. In most cases we can narrow it down over the phone before anyone travels — and tell you honestly whether it needs a part, a service visit or a rebuild.
