Who we are
A welding engineering house, not a parts catalogue
SH System Engineering is a sister firm of M/S. AFAQ BROS — Pakistan’s oldest and most experienced manufacturer of welding machines and equipment, founded in 1968. We specialise in electrical heating upsetter machines, resistance welding plant and the accessories that surround it, refined over decades of continuous research and close work with the industrial sector.
We hold membership of The American Welding Society (AWS), USA, and are recognised across Pakistan’s automobile and engineering industry as a reliable manufacturer, importer, indenter and supplier of both new and reconditioned machinery.
- Local manufacturing of resistance welding machinery and accessories
- Import line covering machinery, robots, controllers and consumables
- Machines designed and customised to each customer’s specification
- Round-the-clock technical response for contractual customers

What we supply
Complete welding plant, from the machine to the tip
Six product families that cover an entire resistance welding line — so a single supplier stays accountable for the whole installation.

Resistance Welding Machines
Spot, projection, seam, butt and rocker arm machines in AC and DC, available in semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations.

Guns & Transformers
C-type and X-type suspension guns paired with fully epoxy-moulded transformers from 20 KVA to 200 KVA.

Electrodes, Tips & Cables
Cu, Cr and Zr tips, caps and shanks, plus water-cooled kickless and secondary cables built for high current at low voltage.

Automation & Robotics
Welding robots, paint robots, pick-and-place cells, servo motors and drivers for lines that need repeatable cycle times.

Controllers & Test Equipment
Welding timer controllers as authorised distributor for Nadex Japan, with force gauges, weld checkers and tip dressers.

Handling & Shop Tools
Manual and electric chain hoists with trolleys, spring balancers and a broad range of industrial hand and power tools.
Why SH System Engineering
Bought once, supported for the life of the machine
01
Built, not just boxed
Machines, transformers, consoles and mechanical work — including CNC — are produced in our own facility, so specifications can genuinely be changed.
02
Standards that travel
Equipment is designed in compliance with international quality standards and backed by our membership of the American Welding Society.
03
Spares that stay available
Tips, caps, shanks, cables and control parts are stocked locally, so a worn consumable never becomes an extended line stoppage.
04
Engineers on call
Contractual customers reach our technical team around the clock. At S.H.S, no problem is treated as insurmountable.

Machines our customers come back for
Every unit can be specified as semi-automatic or fully automatic and adapted to your fixture, duty cycle and floor layout.

AC/DC Seam Welding Machines
Continuous, leak-tight seams for fuel tanks, drums and pressed assemblies. Used across automobile, defence and aerospace production.

Arc Stud Welding Systems
Joins studs without marring the reverse face. Precise digital control of current and time, with protection against power abnormalities and overheating.

CO₂ MIG / MAG Welding
Automatically fed filler wire under protective gas for stable, strong joints on both thin and heavy material sections.
Tell us what you need to weld
Send us your material, thickness and cycle time and our engineers will come back with a machine specification — or advise whether an existing unit can be upgraded instead of replaced.
